Strategic Energy Advisors (“SEA,” “we,” “us”)

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and inquiry submission forms (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. No Engagement Created; Limited Practice

SEA maintains a deliberately limited practice. Submitting an inquiry, paying any review fee (if applicable), or communicating with SEA does not create an engagement, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation for SEA to provide services. Any engagement requires a fully executed written agreement.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to submit information on behalf of yourself and/or your organization.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Interfere with operation or security
  • Misrepresent identity or authorization

4. Submissions

You are responsible for what you submit and warrant you have rights to provide it. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. SEA may reject or delete submissions that appear unsafe, incomplete, or outside scope.

5. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

SEA may charge fees for review, assessment, or services. Payment of any fee does not guarantee acceptance of an engagement. Refundability and timing will be described in the applicable instructions or agreement.

6. Communications; Text Messaging (SMS)

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive communications from SEA about your inquiry via email and phone.

SMS (opt-in required)

If you affirmatively opt in to SMS (e.g., by checking an unchecked consent box on our web form), you consent to receive text messages from SEA about your inquiry and related administrative communications (status updates, scheduling, and necessary coordination). Express consent requires clear upfront disclosure and intentional action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by SEA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute content without permission except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
